SUBSTANCE: in accordance with the invention, the wireless power feeding system includes power transmission device (10) having power transmission coil (14) and power receiving device (40) having power receiving coil (41). Power transmission coil (14) transmits electrical power to coil (41) for receiving power through the wireless connection, so as to supply electrical power to battery (44) installed in power receiving device (40). Power transmitting device (10) includes power factor calculation unit (31) configured to calculate power factor (cosθ) based on the phase difference between voltage and current supplied to power transmission coil (14) and control value calculation unit (29) configured to control the electric power supplied to coil (14) for transmitting power according to the value of power control command (Pbat*) and adjusting the electrical power supplied to power transmission coil (14) when the power factor drops to a predetermined threshold power factor or lower. Power transmission due to this can be adjusted immediately when power reception coil (41) is displaced with respect to power transmission coil (14).

EFFECT: possibility of regulating the transmission of power when the coils of receiving and transmitting power are displaced relative to each other.
