FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to polymer compositions containing inorganic or organic particles that are either subjected to a surface treatment prior to the preparation of the compositions, or dispersed by certain polyester-modified siloxanes during the preparation of the compositions. Polymer composition for producing mixtures, superconcentrates, molded articles and pigment pastes, comprising a) solid inorganic or organic particles, b) at least one polymer selected from thermoplastics or thermosets, c) at least one compound of formula (I), where R, identical or different, are R1, methyl or hydroxy, preferably methyl, R1, identical or different, are a polyether group of formula (III), -Z-(O-CmH2m-(n-1))o-[O-((AO)-R3]]n (III), wherein Z is a branched or unbranched alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, preferably 3 carbon atoms, m is from 2 to 4, preferably 3, n is 1 to 3, preferably 1 or 2, particularly preferably 1, o is 0 or 1, preferably 0, AO, identical or different, represent an oxyalkylene moiety containing an oxyethylene, oxypropylene and/or oxybutylene groups, R3, identical or different, are hydrogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and, provided that in R1 the sum of the carbon and oxygen atoms is at least 70, but is from 20 to 200, preferably from 30, from 40, from 50 or from 60 to 170, to 160, to 150, to 140, to 130, to 120 or to 110 and particularly preferably from 70 to 100, b is from 1 to 50, preferably from 2, from 3, from 4 to 30, to 25 or to 20 and particularly preferably from 5 to 15, provided that if none of R groups is R1, then b is at least 3, d) optional additional components. Use of the composition, a method for the surface treatment of inorganic or organic particles and the use of inorganic or organic particles are also described.

EFFECT: polymeric composition containing surface-modified particles dispersed therein is obtained.
