FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: method of electrochemical preparation of free-disperse systems, including water for drinking and technical water supply, is realized by putting into the flow of water for drinking and technical water supply, which has ionic electrical conductivity of the second kind, as in an electroactive medium, electrodes having a polarizability with respect to it, with the creation of a potential difference on the electrode pair due to the ratio of the electrode areas not equal to 1, and by creating an impedance on the electrode pair or on electrode pairs, with the need to maintain the potential difference on it or on them, not equal to 0 V.
EFFECT: intensification of phase-separating processes and reducing the redox potential of water.
