FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for manufacturing non-oxidizing particles. Method comprises a strong oxidizing agent classified as PG I according to the standard method of study of the United Nations Manual on Tests and Criteria, the fifth revised edition, subsection 34.4.1, and at least one additional ingredient. And the quantity and nature of one or more ingredients, which are not a strong oxidant, in the particles are such that the particles are classified as non-oxidizing according to the standard method of study of the UN Manual on Tests and Criteria, fifth revised edition, subsection 34.4.1, in which a strong oxidant is CaO2 and wherein said at least one additional ingredient is introduced into CaO2 particles in the process of their manufacture. In this case, CaO2 are made by adding hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) into the hydrated lime, forming CaO2 crystals, which are then dried. In addition, said one or more additional ingredients are introduced prior to drying the crystals, and said at least one additional ingredient is magnesite or aluminum hydroxide.

EFFECT: technical result is to obtain particles containing CaO2, which have the advantage of manufacturing in a simple and economic way.
