FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disinfecting tablets for water processing include homogenous mixture from not less than 75% by weight of hydrogenated calcium hypochlorite and not less than 25% by weight of heptahydrate of magnesium sulfate, and mixture contains water in amount not less over than 17% of all mixture weight; and average rate of tablet dissolution is less than 150 grammes a day. Also described is disinfecting tablet for water processing, including homogeneous mixture from not less than 75% by weight of hydrogenated calcium hypochlorite and not less than 25% by weight of heptahydrate of magnesium sulfate, and mixture contains water not less than 17% of total mixture weight and contains lime from 0.1% to 10% of total weight of hydrogenated calcium hypochlorite and of heptahydrate of magnesium sulfate.
EFFECT: tablets according to invention are rather slow-dissolving and have higher safety.
