Essence of the invention is that, in addition, training is carried out according to remote sensing data of spatially remote equipment of main and auxiliary objects, the change in the current state of which is specified in the form of changes in the parameters of the remote sensing data containing indirect indications of the operation of the equipment, and the database additionally contains reference data of remote sensing of spatially remote equipment of main and auxiliary objects, the learning scenario further includes the solution of several interconnected situation subtasks, parameters of spatially remote equipment of main and auxiliary objects in which are estimated indirectly by searching, selecting, analyzing and interpreting the corresponding situational subtask of a set of indirect indicators of remote sensing data, further complex analysis of the situational problem as a whole and the subsequent analysis of the identified parameters of the available equipment of the main and auxiliary facilities in conjunction with the parameters obtained in the solution of each situational subtask.
