SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of additive technologies for the production of three-dimensional products of complex shape, for example, to create a three-dimensional printer, and is intended for the rapid prototyping or production of small series of products, in general, and transport engineering, aeronautical engineering or personalized medical products. Method of producing three-dimensional products of complex shape by successive, repeated friction welding of a required volume of polymeric consumable material, representing a homogeneous or composite fiber, tape, filament or rod with cross-section of 10×10 mcm to 100×100 mm, with a fixed or movable base of an identical or other polymer, which is a plate, sheet, cylinder or complex shape product, separation of welded volume of consumable material by mechanical (with the help of knives, mills or other cutting tools or by tearing, twisting or bending in the low-cycle fatigue, hydroabrasive or ultrasonic cutting mode), thermal (by localized heating and subsequent separation of consumable material) or by electromagnetic method (plasma, laser or ion cutting) from consumable material.

EFFECT: technical result of the group of inventions consists in expanding the functionality of the method due to the use for high viscosity polymers, improving the accuracy of mold manufacturing and the geometric characteristics of the product, as well as simplifying the method and reducing the amount of waste in the implementation of this method on the proposed device.
