FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of additive technologies for the production of three-dimensional products of complex shape and is intended for rapid prototyping or for obtaining small series of products in general and transport engineering, aviation technology, or individualized medical products. Invention is carried out by sintering under pressure of powder highly viscous polymeric raw materials in the inverse form with the subsequent removal of the inverse form. Polymer raw materials are used in the form of powder, a mixture of highly viscous polymers, granules of highly viscous polymers. Consumption of expensive polymers to obtain 1 kg of a finished product of complex shape in this way, depending on the form, does not exceed 1.5 kg, whereas by mechanical processing the consumption of expensive polymers per 1 kg of the finished product is at least 5.0 kg.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in obtaining three-dimensional products of complex shape from highly viscous polymers (with MFR at 190 °C and load 21,19 N less than 1 g/10 min) with sufficient accuracy of the product.
