FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing complex shaped three-dimensional articles. Technical result is achieved by a method for obtaining three-dimensional items of complex shape, which includes making an inverse form, which is a negative of a trabecular bone, by filling the trabecular bone with polymeric raw material powder, the vitrification or melting point of which exceeds the softening or melting temperature of the high-viscosity polymer. That is followed by sintering the trabecular bone with polymer raw material at temperature of 160–380 °C and removing the trabecular bone in a chemical process which does not damage the material of the reverse shape. Then, inner cavities of return form are filled with high-viscosity polymer powder, or mixture of high-viscosity polymer powder and inorganic filler with average size of high-viscosity polymer particles of 120 mcm and melt flow index of high viscosity polymer at 190 °C and load 21.19 N is less than 1 g/10 min. Subsequent sintering of high-viscosity powdered polymer or mixture of high-viscosity polymer powder and inorganic filler in inner cavities of reverse mold is carried out in a mold for hot pressing under pressure of 10–80 MPa with subsequent removal of reverse shape by means of treatment, not damaging obtained three-dimensional item of complex shape. Three-dimensional products of complex shape with pore sizes from 50 to 3,000 mcm and a shape different from spherical are obtained.

EFFECT: highest compliance of obtained article with native trabecular bone structure.
