FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of polymer materials science and can be used for the manufacture of wear-resistant linings, wear-resistant structural and functional products operating in the mode of abrasive wear in contact with a hydrocarbon medium. The two-layer composite material is made of a layer of rubber and a layer of thermoplastic polymer. The layer is made of rubber based on SKI-3 isoprene rubber. The other layer is made of ultrahigh molecular polyethylene of the GUR-4022 brand, containing an inter-layer adhesive interaction amplifier. Diphenylguanidine, or captax, or tetramethylthiuram disulfide is used as an amplifier. Mass ratio: ultra–high molecular weight polyethylene 98.0-99.5; amplifier 0.5–2.0.
EFFECT: production of a two-layer polymer product with an increased adhesive interaction between rubber and a wear-resistant coating of UHMWPE while maintaining damping properties.
