SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydroacoustics, in particular to the bearing devices of underwater noise sources. Autonomous uninhabited underwater vehicle for measuring the differential characteristics of a vector sound field contains the bow and stern soundproof fairings, the bow and stern combined acoustic receivers with the suspension system, bow and stern sections of the buoyancy control system, left and right propulsion system,the onboard control and navigation system with the battery and the set of sensors, the stability change system, the sealed container, the data processing unit for combined acoustic receivers. Each acoustically transparent frame of the acoustic combined receiver is equipped with buoyancy and counterweight, which are made in the form of upper and lower dampers respectively and have a total neutral buoyancy. System for changing the stability moment is equipped with the electric drive for turning the cargo segment, which ensures zero stability moment of the AUUV when transferring the load sector to the upper position and the maximum value of the stability moment when moving the load sector to the lower position.

EFFECT: increased noise immunity during detection of weak signals by the acoustic combined receivers.
