FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to the management of technical means. In the method, the control system contains appropriately connected: control points, communication lines, control points of the first level; storage devices of the database of their technical means, targeted objects and surrounding conditions, channel-forming equipment, data transmission equipment, blocks for data collection and analysis of targeted objects; blocks of additional definition of data on targeted objects, a unit for target designation of the technical means of its group, a list of the technical means based on their effectiveness, a unit for distributing the targeted objects between its own group of technical means, a unit for forming tasks of control points, a unit for evaluating the capabilities of its technical means, an identification unit for targeted objects, an information display device, a targeted object classification unit, an impact priority determination unit, a computer network line, a unit for message generation, a control signal generating unit, a channel forming apparatus, a device for receiving commands and address output of control signals, a hardware control device, an impact evaluation unit, a block of comparison of impact evaluations, a comparison block for selected targeted objects, a block for generating a list of unselected targeted objects, a selection block for targeted objects. In the method, the technical result is achieved due to the implementation of control functions such as collection, processing, analysis, additional definition of data on targeted objects, evaluation of the capabilities of its technical means and decision-making on the implementation of impact, and on the first level of control points – the functions of additional definition of data on impact sites, assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of the impact of all its technical means on all targeted objects and self-distribution of targeted objects.
EFFECT: inventions can be used to expand the functionality of managing technical means for various purposes, for example, security, communications, intelligence, information protection, electronic warfare, radar detection and location, etc.
