SUBSTANCE: system comprises: control points and panels, communication lines, database storage devices, channel-forming apparatus, data transmission apparatus, units for collecting and analysing data on target objects, determining data on the target objects, identifying and classifying target objects, determining priorities of target objects, estimating efficiency, creating a list of equipment based on efficiency, allocating target objects between equipment, assigning targets for the equipment, information display devices, devices for receiving commands and addressed output of control signals and devices for controlling the equipment.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the control method and system owing to performing, at second level control points, such functions as control, collecting, processing and analysing data on target objects and making a decision on applying action, and at first level control points functions for independent distribution of objects to apply the action.
