FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detection of physical density anomalies. Method consists in performing signal measurements in color Doppler mapping mode, and on basis of obtained values of measured signal, correlation coefficient modulus of real and imaginary parts of signal samples is calculated; selecting threshold modulo correlation coefficient of real and imaginary parts of signal samples; by comparison with threshold, mask is constructed that takes nonzero values on sections, where modulus of correlation coefficient of real and imaginary parts of signal samples exceeds certain threshold; when physical density anomaly is displayed on device screen, color of Doppler signals for which mask takes nonzero values, i. e. signals, corresponding to elastic oscillations emanating from anomalies of physical density.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in reliability of acoustic imaging.
