FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. The effect is achieved by the method for detecting solid inclusions during acoustic imaging, in which the signal is measured in the color Doppler mapping mode, the correlation characteristics of the measured signals are calculated, the threshold is determined based on the calculated correlation characteristics, and a mask is built. When solid inclusions are displayed on the screen of the device, the mapped parameter of Doppler signals is coded with color, for which the mask takes values exceeding the threshold. The first ultrasonic sensor is applied to the patient's head in the temporal region, the second ultrasonic sensor is applied to the temporal region of the same patient from the opposite side of the head. The length of the segment lying on the imaginary axis and connecting the apertures of the first and second sensors is measured. A signal is fed to the first ultrasonic sensor, which is converted by the sensor into an ultrasonic probing pulse. This pulse is received by the second ultrasonic sensor. Before encoding the mapped parameter of the Doppler signals, the received signal is used to correct wavefront distortions.
EFFECT: increased probability of detecting solid inclusions when examining through the skull bone.
