FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing fibre-reinforced profile materials, comprising rigid foam cores, in particular PMI foam (polymetacrylimide foam) core. Method for the continuous production of fibre-reinforced profiles containing a foam core comprises the following steps: a) introduction of foam cores and joining the newly introduced foam core with the end of the last inserted foam core; b) wrapping the foam core with a fibre material; c) impregnating the wound fibre material with a resin; d) optionally moulding the wrapped foam core in a first mould; e) heating and thereby optional curing of the resin in a second tool; f) cooling the wrapped foam core in a third mould; g) separating individual profiles by cutting or sawing and removal of finished workpiece, wherein the second and third tool to slide in opposite directions in each case be moved.
EFFECT: invention provides good binding of the solid foam core to the fibre reinforced profile material.
