FIELD: manufacturing process.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing a continuous profile by the pultruded method, at least of one strip of prepreg. The method consists in the fact that, at least one strip of prepreg is first subjected to preliminary moulding in the device of preliminary moulding, and then cyclically is passed through a heating device for moulding under pressure of forming the final cross-sectional geometry. This a final curing of the profile is carried out in the device of the final hardening. At that, at least, one continuous insertion is placed, which has a cross-section of substantially triangular shape, at least in one section of the profile with the radial bending. And the insertion is made of number of continuous fibers, woven together.
EFFECT: provision of reliable and high reproducibility of the required sizes of the manufactured profile.
