FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. First step is to puncture the large saphenous vein in the lower third of the thigh or upper third of the shin. Through introducer, a laser fiber is introduced into the vein of the vein, which is advanced in the proximal direction exactly to the auricle region. Then, after carrying out local infiltration anesthesia, access is made through the inguinal fold to the BPV, the subcutaneous fat, fascia is cut and, guided by a bright red laser beam, the trunk of the large saphenous vein and its tributaries are extracted.
EFFECT: method allows to shorten the time of surgical processing of the Delbe beam under local anesthesia to 10–15 minutes, to reduce the risk of possible complications and technical errors.
