SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to phlebology. Under ultrasound control, local infiltration and tumescent anesthesia in the projection of the prospective vein ligation is performed distally 10–30 mm from the saphenofemoral fistula of the SPS in the inguinal region. Then, two punctures of 2–3 mm are made: G18 injection needle produces the first puncture of the skin over the vein and laterally at 20 mm from the projection of the vein, a second puncture is made with a device containing a metal handle attached to a metal rod with a loop at the end through which the suture passes. Through second puncture, the suture material is carried under the vein, extending by 10 mm medially, the crochet for miniblebectomy through the first puncture is seized by the suture and removed into the puncture. In the same way, the suture is seized laterally from the vein and is withdrawn to the first puncture. After that, thread is tied into a knot, and the knot is immersed in the puncture with the aid of the device, while grasping the knot in a loop through the side slot, tightening the knot and ligating the vein.

EFFECT: use of invention allows to re-bandage HPV without its mobilization and removal.
