FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. That is followed by femtosecond laser phacoemulsification and lens fragmentation with the use of femtosecond laser light. A femto-laser interface is coupled with an eye, and a nucleus of lens is fragmented, and the laser assembly is undocked, and a Malyugin's ring is implanted. That is followed by capsulorhexis, hydrodissection, phacoemulsification of lens fragments with using an ultrasonic tip, and aspiration of the lens mass.
EFFECT: method enables fragmenting the crystalline lens by femtosecond laser radiation in a narrow pupil without breaking the seal of the eye that provides a high functional effect.
