FIELD: video monitoring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system by television camera with all-round view in a region closer to a hemisphere, that is, in solid angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle. Result is achieved by the fact that the television camera of the system has two sensors: "ring" and "rectangular" (matrix) photodetectors, made using the technology of complementary "metal-oxide-semiconductor" (CMOS) structures, wherein electromechanical turret carries out circular spatial movement of matrix photodetector to one of positions, total number of which per circle is m; and a beam splitter, which receives at the input output optical image of the panoramic lens, provides formation, at first output of optical image of one of m fragments of "circular" frame, projected onto target of photodetector matrix, and at the second output of the optical image of the entire "circular" frame, projected onto the target of the "circular" photodetector.
EFFECT: high resolution of the separately observed fragments of the "ring" frame, as well as high degree of integration of the television camera.
