FIELD: panoramic television observation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system by television camera with all-round view in a region closer to a hemisphere, that is, in solid angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle. Result is achieved by the fact that the television camera has two sensors: "circular" and "rectangular" (matrix) photodetectors, made using the technology of complementary structures "metal-oxide-semiconductor" (CMOS), with arrangement on their crystals of the necessary electronic "framing".
EFFECT: high resolution of the separately observed fragments of the "ring" frame by means of an additional photodetector, which is a "rectangular" (matrix) sensor, as well as high degree of integration of the television camera.
