FIELD: optoelectronic surveillance system.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system by television camera with all-round view in a region closer to a hemisphere, that is, in solid angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle. Result is achieved by the fact that the sensor is made on a chip made using the technology of complementary "metal-oxide-semiconductor" (CMOS) structures, wherein the sensor target consists of photodiode active pixels, each having an amplifier, as well as a built-in analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), providing transmission of a video signal of the active pixel to its "radial" video bus, wherein control of the ADC for pixels located along each "circular" line of the sensor is carried out using a separate "circular" line bus, at that, on the common crystal of the photodetector there are also units performing scanning and generation of the output voltage of the digital video signal.
EFFECT: high degree of integration of a television camera owing to making a "circular" sensor using CMOS technology and placing an electronic "frame" of the photodetector on its crystal.
