FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: using for performing X-ray computed tomography. Summary of the Invention lies in the fact that and the object is preliminarily applied with a radiopaque contrast system. Radiography of the object is carried out together with the frames in several angles. By distortion of the projections of the frames on the detector, the coordinates of the plane of the detector are determined. After the transformation of the coordinates of the lines on the detector corresponding to the section of the object under investigation, in the arc of the circle with the center in the middle of the object, the irradiation geometry will correspond to the standard irradiation geometry for the fourth generation scanners (detectors on the circle around the object, the radiation source moves along the circumference and sequentially irradiates all the detectors). With the help of standard programs for tomography scanners of the fourth generation, a tomographic image of the object is reconstructed.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of obtaining a tomographic image of an explosive object in the field without moving it.
