FIELD: hand tools.
SUBSTANCE: downhole tool for perforating the walls of the well includes successively mounted on the SCST and a hydraulically communicated hydrosandblast perforator, one port of which is connected with the SCST and the other with a hydraulic tuning tool and a packer-plug. Perforator and hydraulic tuning tool have a common through hydraulic channel feeding the first activation ball into the hydraulic tuning tool with the ability to install a packer plug, and also the supply of a second activation ball to the waterjet punch for switching on and its subsequent automatic shutdown when the pressure is released and providing a reversible circulation of working media for cleaning the residual sand after removing both balls from the tool. Hydroabrasive perforator comprises a tubular body in the form of a hollow elongated cylinder having inlet and outlet nozzles, jet nozzles in the side wall of the tubular body made in a wear-resistant pad located on the side of the inlet pipe, a cylindrical bushing with a through channel, the diameter of which is selected from the condition of passing the first activation ball to the hydraulic tuning tool. Cylindrical sleeve is located in the cavity of the tubular body with the possibility of longitudinal movement, has a head and tail parts, two annular protrusions in the middle portion and an annular compression spring disposed in the body recess between the tail-to-caudal projection closest to the tail portion and the body, the head portion having a seat for receiving the second activation ball, and the length of the sleeve is selected from the condition of providing hydraulic connection of the inlet pipe to the jet nozzles when the abrasive medium is supplied during the perforation and the hydraulic connection is automatically terminated when the pressure is released when the second activation ball is removed.
EFFECT: provide the increase tool reliability in the process of multiple opening / closing of the perforator, id est the possibility of an automatic transition from the perforation mode to the cleaning mode of sand waste in the reversible circulation of working media.
