FIELD: oil production.
SUBSTANCE: wet sandblasting perforator with a hydraulic packer, containing a hydraulic jet cylindrical section, on one end of which at least one packer plug is fixed, on the other end - a coupling with a tubing lift pipe, and which is made with at least one jet nozzle. The cylindrical jet section is made in form of a spool bushing, containing a hydraulic locking pipe on the side of at least one said packer plug, and equipped with an orientation device, which is made with the possibility of reciprocating movement, rotation and fixation of at least one jet nozzle on its external cylindrical generatrix in the required position along the azimuthal direction of the cross section of said section, in a vertical or slanted or horizontal well, with a given orientation angle of at least one said nozzle. At least one jet nozzle is mounted on a movable sleeve, the inner part of which forms a sliding pair with the outer cylindrical generatrix of said section with longitudinal groove slots along a length equal to the trajectory of the reciprocating motion of the movable sleeve. The orientation device contains a receiver on the attachment side of at least one packer plug, and the side of attachment the tubing coupling has a balancer with a centring ball and an orientation angle setting device with a limb fixed on a movable sleeve and equipped with a spherical groove for setting the orientation angle on the centring ball of the balance bar along the mentioned longitudinal groove slots of the jet cylindrical section, which are made between the receiver and the balance bar on the outer cylindrical generatrix. At least one said packer plug consists of an elastic sealing element (cuff) in its central part, on one side of which there is a hydraulically driven anchor, a reverse-acting valve with a ball in the landing seat, and on the other side, a towing device with a receiving seat, by means of which at least one packer plug is fixed to the receiver.
EFFECT: expansion of operational capabilities, which consist in ensuring the accuracy of positioning of the jet nozzles of the perforator in the space of the well, followed by effective hydraulic fracturing in several intervals of the well, the possibility of isolating several of the lower perforated intervals in one round-trip operation and the secondary opening of hydrocarbon deposits, as well as the implementation of pressure testing of the tubing lift for tightness before the start of wet sand blast perforation.
