FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring the velocity head of a gas, liquid or gas-liquid flow and, in combination with a volume flow meter of any type, can be used to determine the flow density of gas condensate well production products. The velocity head sensor is installed in a gas, liquid or gas-condensate mixture flow and includes a cylindrical resonator connected to the generator and the oscillation receiver by coupling waveguides and excited in the millimetre range on the H01Pq type oscillation types. The sensor is installed in the flow so that the oncoming flow is perpendicular to its end face. One end of the resonator comprises an inlet for passing part of the flow into the resonator and several holes below the second end for the flow to exit the resonator. The second end of the resonator is made movable and supported by a spring fixed on the end that closes the continuation of the cylindrical part of the resonator.
