SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the easy opening metal edging element manufacturing method, by the corresponding workpiece in appropriate press formation, and its conversion into the edging element . In the workpiece formation operation, pressing the metal sheet with the edging element production, having the special bend on the central panel radially outer perimeter. Next, during the edging element production subsequent operations, the material from this bend is used to impart the molded edging element final configuration on the forming press. Invention also relates to the set of equipment for the easy opening metal edging element formation.
EFFECT: ensures obtaining of stronger and more homogeneous molded workpiece with improved peak and maximum characteristics.
