FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the of drilling pumps and internal combustion engines manufacturing, namely, the cast-iron cylinder bushing by the centrifugal casting method. Preparing the two-layer blank by the cast iron of different composition successive pouring into the ingot mold using a flux. After the mold preheating to temperature of 250–300 °C, producing the blank first layer by the high-strength cast iron with spheroidal graphite casting. Without the first layer intermediate cooling, casting the doped cast iron with the chromium content of 27–30 % to produce the blank second layer. To cast the said layers, using the cast iron with the same carbon content of 3.0–3.5 %. Using the flux with melting point below the cast iron melting point.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the bushing inner working surface wear resistance due to the corrosion- and abrasion-resistant high chromium cast iron application, and also to increase the bimetallic bushing operation reliability due to enabling the bushing inner and outer layers connection strength.
