FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. This process comprises pouring of liquid metal in the gap between water-cooled mould inner wall and water-cooled core, metal crystallisation, cooling of cast and its removal from the mould. Prior to pouring of liquid metal the mould is rarefied. Core is heated for its expansion for shrinkage at cooling. Liquid metal is poured into mould from the furnace from above without metal overheating or from below at low pressure via bore in metal duct. Metal residue in metal duct is fitted by the gate into the mould. Cast is withdrawn from the mould from below or from above by magnet.
EFFECT: fine-grained structure, ruled out pores and chill.
