SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Distributed data acquisition equipment configuration method, comprising at least one data collection module and connected to the data collection module at least one data acquisition module, at that, the method comprises stages, at which obtaining configuration data for at least one data acquisition module; generating message containing the message header, identification data, conditional data and configuration data, wherein the identification data indicate at least one data acquisition module into which the configuration data must be sent; transmitting the said message to connected to at least one data acquisition module the data collection module; in the data collection module extracting the configuration data and conditional data; evaluating the conditional data by means of the data collection module in order to determine whether the configuration data must be transmitted to at least one data acquisition module or not; and if it is determined that the extracted configuration data must be transmitted, transmitting to at least one data acquisition unit.

EFFECT: enabling possibilities of flexible configuration and even more efficient use of available resources.
