SUBSTANCE: system comprises a plurality of physical network elements and a server configured to function as a cloud coordinator for receiving information regarding key performance indicators (KPIs) collected from a plurality of physical network elements and determining that a given action needs to be performed on a specific physical network element , based on a) one or more thresholds stored in the cloud coordinator and associated with specified KPIs, and b) information collected from a plurality of physical network elements, triggering a reconfiguration of said specific physical network element.
