FIELD: rolling stocks.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for monitoring the characteristics of the receiving equipment of rolling stock. The method consists in the fact that the measurements are carried out upon the arrival of the railway rolling stock at the control point, the identification number of the train and the installation code of the reading unit closest to the location of the control point are preliminarily determined, data on the series of the rolling stock with this identification number are requested, as well as data on type of receiving equipment of coded track circuits installed on it at the hardware-software device of the automated system "Rolling Stock Passport", based on the results of the response to the request, a message is generated that includes the received data, as well as data on the installation code of the reading unit closest to the location of the control point, and transfer it to the hardware-software device of the automated system for maintenance and repair of safety devices to develop measures for measuring the technical and operational characteristics of the specified type of receiving equipment of the code track circuits of the composition with the specified receiving its series and identification number, upon arrival of the train with the specified identification number at the control point, the verification terminal is connected to its receiving equipment of the coded track circuits and a message is transmitted about the connection of the verification terminal indicating its identifier to the receiving equipment of the coded track circuits of the rolling stock with the specified identification number into the hardware and software device of the automated system for maintenance and repair of safety devices, which, on the basis of the received message, automatically selects the test section closest to the control point with technological equipment for checking automatic locomotive signaling, taking into account the data on the code of the installation site of the reading unit, and sends a command to the central controller of the technological equipment to take measures to check the receiving equipment of the rolling stock with indicating its series and identification number using the test terminal with the specified identifier, before starting the test, the central controller of the technological equipment sends a command to generate a control signal and transmit it sequentially through free test track circuits or loops to the receiving equipment of the coded track circuits of the rolling stock, to which it is connected verification terminal with the specified ID, after receiving the control signal, the test terminal automatically sends in response a message about the readiness for measurements indicating its identifier, on the basis of which the central controller of the process equipment fixes the number of the test track circuit or the number of the test loop, through which the control signal arrived at the test terminal with the specified identifier, compares received from the terminal and from the hardware and software device of the automatic system for maintenance and repair of safety devices, data on the identifier of the test terminal and, if they match, generates a set of test signals for testing this type of receiving equipment of rolling stock rail code circuits with the specified series and identification number, transmits them via a test track circuit or a test loop with a fixed number to the receiving equipment of the code track circuits, while the test terminal registers the response signals of the receiving equipment of the code track circuits for each test signal, and after the absence of signals from the receiving equipment for a specified time, the test terminal automatically generates a message about the end of measurements indicating its identifier, which transmits to the central processor of the technological equipment, as well as a message containing data on response signals to test signals of the tested receiving equipment of rolling stock coded track circuits indicating its series and identification number and its identifier, which transmits to the hardware-software device of the automated maintenance and repair system of safety devices, after receiving a signal about the end of the test from the test terminal with the specified identifier m the central controller of the technological equipment generates a message containing data on a set of test signals used to check the receiving equipment of the coded rail circuits of the rolling stock by the terminal, indicating its series and identification number, and transmits it to the hardware and software device of the automated system for maintenance and repair of safety devices, which, taking into account the data on the response signals of the receiving equipment of coded track circuits to a set of test signals, processes the received data, determines the technical and operational characteristics of the receiving equipment and, when determining the readiness of the receiving equipment for operation, forms an appropriate conclusion, which is transmitted to the hardware and software device of the automated system "Passport rolling stock" to register it in the passport of the composition with the specified identification number.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of monitoring the technical and operational characteristics of the receiving equipment of code track circuits is achieved.
