FIELD: textile and paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry, in particular to methods of manufacture of fire resistant polyester fabrics having oil, petro and water-repellent properties intended for protective clothing of staff of fuel and energy complex. Method comprises applying to the surface fabric of composition containing aqueous dispersion of anion-active polymer, phosphorus nitrogen-containing flame retardant and aqueous emulsion, a hyperbranched fluoropolymer based on perfluorinated carboxylic acids of C6-C7 series at the following ratio of components, wt. %: water dispersion of anionic polymer – 10–15; phosphorus nitrogen-containing flame retardant – 75–80; aqueous emulsion of hyperbranched fluoropolymer – 5–15; followed by drying and heat treatment of coating.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is production of fire-resistant polyester fabrics with oil-, petro-, water-repellent properties and high resistance to washing.
