FIELD: textile and paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to textile industry, in particular to methods for production of fabrics, having a complex of protective properties: oil-, water-repellent effect and ability to reflect UV radiation, which makes it possible to use them during manufacture of special clothes for military personnel, employees of power structures and MES. Method involves fabric production by weaving base and weft from linear density yarn 24–26 tex based on polypropylene and viscose fibers in their weight ratio (25–30):(75–70); whitening and final finishing by impregnation with 8–10 % aqueous emulsion of hyperbranched fluoropolymer based on perfluorinated carboxylic acids of series C5-C6 with concentration of 77.0–83.0 g/l in the presence of a catalytic mixture of organic monocarboxylic acid salts of the series C2-C4 with cations of divalent, trivalent metals with concentration of 18.0–22.0 g/l, drying and heat treatment.
EFFECT: obtaining protective fabrics reflecting ultraviolet radiation, with high oil- and water-proof properties and high resistance to washing.
