FIELD: textile.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fire-resistant textile materials. Disclosed is a method of imparting fire-resistance to textile materials by treating the latter with flame-retardant antipyrene preparations. Antipyrenes from the group: antimony trioxide with additives of halogen-, phosphorus- and/or nitrogen-containing components are applied on surface of textile fabric in composition of polymer mass on the basis of plasticised PVC, pressed through perforated pattern-dispensers of plate-type or rotary types, having wall thickness of 0.12–0.40 mm, perforation holes diameter of 0.6–2.5 mm and their number per unit surface area of template (0.13–8.4) × 105 m-2. Further, the material is heat treated at temperature of 140–180 °C for 2–15 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in fire-retardant effect, resistance to washing, impact of abrasive loads (abrasion and adhesion), reduced contamination of material.
