FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conversion equipment. During current regulation, current controller section (2) performs proportional integral control based on the discrepancy between the d-axis Id_cmd command current and the measured d-axis Id_det current and the discrepancy between the q-axis Iq_cmd command current and the measured q-axis Iq_det current. Neutral point potential control section (4) calculates the corrected V_cmd' command voltage by adding the V_cmp compensation value of the neutral point adjustment to the three-phase V_cmd command voltage. And the LMT3 limiter issues the V_cmd'' command voltage processed by the limiter by limiting the output signal of the corrected V_cmd' command voltage. Three phase to two phase converter (5) produces the feedback Vd_back and Vq_back values, by converting the three phases of the command V_cmd'' voltage processed by the limiter to two phases. Current controller section (2) performs integral control in accordance with the values obtained as a result of adding the feedback Vd_back and Vq_back values to the above discrepancies.
EFFECT: three-phase power conversion device with a fixed neutral point performing PWM control, suppresses the mutual influence between the current regulator and the neutral point potential controller.
