FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Described is a dressing including a base having, at least on one side, a fine, dry coating, wherein the coating being in the form of a layer of a powder mixture of laundry soap with vitamin B2, wherein 100 g of powder mixture, vitamin B2 powder is equal to 0.005 to 0.2 mg. Method for treating wounds and burns is based on the application of a dressing after wound care, if necessary, wherein the dressing is applied to the wound.
EFFECT: method accelerates the healing of burn and donor wounds, shortens the treatment time, reduces patient's pain and cicatrization.
