FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for estimating the costs of complex technical system (CTS) manufacturing under incomplete information about the planned conceptual design. Device contains two memory blocks, module for input and storage of initial data, averaging block, approximation block, full adder, visualization block, unit for calculating functional dependencies by technique of least squares (TLS) for each generation and unit for calculating the cost of CTS manufacturing, included in the data entry and CTS forecasting module.

EFFECT: technical result consists in automating the cost estimate for manufacturing complex technical system.
