FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rubber industry, namely a rubber compound based on butadiene-nitrile rubber for hose products. Rubber mixture includes the following composition, pts. wt.: butadiene-nitrile rubber with a mass fraction of nitrile acrylic acid 17–20 % 20–50; butadiene-nitrile rubber with a mass fraction of nitrile acrylic acid 27–30 % 30–40; butadiene-nitrile rubber with a mass fraction of nitrile acrylic acid 31–35 % 20–40; zinc oxide 3–5; technical carbon P-803 10–80; technical carbon P-514 21–32; sulphur 0.5–2; stearic acid 1–2; dibutyl sebacate 10–40; N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolylsulfenamide 0.2–2; N-phenyl-N’-isopropyl-n-phenylenediamine 0.7–3.8; silicon dioxide 0.8–10.
EFFECT: invention provides an increased swelling resistance in oil AMG-10 at a temperature of 100 °C, increased tensile strength and elongation at break while maintaining the temperature limit of brittleness and the coefficient of frost resistance by elastic recovery after compression.
