FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical and petrochemical industry, namely to a plant for ammonia-containing gas purification and ammonia water production. Plant consists of an absorber, first and second refrigerators, ammonia-containing gas, water and ammonia water supply pipelines, as well as a water discharge pipeline. Wherein the absorber is made of two packed sections separated by a blind collector plate provided with a gas flue, the ammonia-containing gas supply pipeline is connected to the lower part of the absorber, below the lower packed section, water supply pipeline and the first ammonia water supply pipeline are connected to the upper part of the absorber, above the upper packed section, and the second ammonia water supply pipeline is connected to the central part of the absorber, between the blind collector plate and the lower packed section, the first and second ammonia water supply pipelines are respectively equipped with first and second refrigerators, the inputs of which are connected to the ammonia water discharge pipeline. First and second control valves are mounted on the water supply pipeline and the second ammonia water supply pipeline, to change the flow rate of water and ammonia water supplied to the absorber, respectively, in response to a signal of the onstream analyzer installed on the ammonia water discharge pipeline, third control valve is installed on the first ammonia water supply pipeline to change the flow rate of the ammonia water supplied to the absorber in response to a signal from the temperature sensor installed at the upper part of the absorber.
EFFECT: technical result is the production of high purity ammonia water.
