Composition is described which comprises chitosan and / or a salt form of chitosan or its derivatives, block and graft copolymers such as chitosan-polyvinylpyrrolidone, and the organo-inorganic polylactide copolymer with polythyanoxide at the following component ratio, wt. %: chitosan and / or salt form of chitosan or its derivatives – block and graft copolymers – 50–90, organo-inorganic copolymer polylactide with polititanoksidom – 10–50. Composition can additionally contain gold nanoparticles, amino acids.

EFFECT: composition accelerates the healing of wounds of various etiologies without inflammatory complications in the absence of specially administered bactericidal preparations.
