FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of processing sulfide gold concentrates of floatation, containing sorption-active organic carbon for gold recovery. Method includes adding of sodium hydroxide to pulp of carbon in leach process, taken as a solution. Residual concentration of sodium hydroxide in tail device of sorption leach is maintained at level of at least 5 g/l, which will allow to maintain sufficient concentration of sodium hydroxide to passivate sorption activity of carbon at the end of the process and at the same time ensure protective alkalinity of the process.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing gold recovery in the process of sorption leaching of sulfide concentrates of flotation, containing sorption-active organic carbon.
