Heating surfaces are made on elements that are able to turn and are located inside the heat exchange chambers. Holes are made with the possibility of connecting the heat exchange chambers with the environment. Work items contain a transparent area.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the heat engine.
