SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engines using solar radiation energy and wind energy. Proposed engine comprises housing with circular cavity, air passage openings and transparent walls. In circular cavity eccentrically arranged is rotating solar radiation receiver, having radiant-absorbing heating surfaces and longitudinal ribs interacting with circular cavity surface. Circular cavity comprises radiant-absorbent heating section.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of engine.
