SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-voltage input 1 comprising insulating body 4 arranged concentrically around cylindrical winding support 2 of an electrically conductive material, conductive control layers 5, 51 for the capacitive control of high-voltage input 1, which are separated from each other by insulating layers 6 and are arranged concentrically with winding support 2, and connecting device 7 for creating an electrical connection between the first control layer 51 adjacent to winding support and winding support 2. Coupling device comprises an electric sliding contact.
EFFECT: invention provides closure of the contact with increased reliability relative to relative movements between the insulating body and the winding support.
