FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal protection of objects of space and / or cryogenic equipment, and also can be used in other branches of the national economy. In the method, the material consists of alternating layers of screens from a metallized heat-reflecting perforated film and a separation gasket. As a gasket, a thin dust-free polymer fabric is used. These layers are welded along the edges of perforations with a diameter of 1 to 8 mm, with a perforation step of 10 to 50 mm. Said method for manufacturing this material consists in simultaneously welding the alternate layers of screens and lining fabric along the edges of all perforations.
EFFECT: reduced degassing time of the material due to rigid strong non-shear bonding of the metallized screens with the gasket with high mechanical strength and low thermal conductivity of the material.
