SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a neurology, and can be used for polyneuromiopathy of critical conditions in neurosurgical resuscitation patients treatment. Patient is administered, three times in a day, in equal doses, a solution of immunoglobulin of class G from the calculation of immunoglobulin G class of 4 ml/kg of patient's body weight per day. Introduction of 1/3 of the daily dose is carried out by micro-jet within two hours, after which a break for six hours is performed; then a second dose of 1/3 of the daily dose is administered, repeating the first administration schedule. Then the second break is carried out for six hours. Then, a third dose, equal to 1/3 of the daily dose, is administered withing two hours. Course of treatment continues for three days without interruption.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the amplitude of motor and sensory responses when stimulating the peripheral nerves, improve conduction along the peripheral nerves of the upper and lower extremities by ensuring the stability of the clinical state of the resuscitation patient with the exclusion of anaphylactic reactions and loss of brain stem function.
