SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is an orally administrable composition for increasing the glutathione content, comprising a synergistic combination: glucoraphanin as a sulforaphane precursor; myrosinase as an enzyme capable of converting the sulforaphane precursor to sulforaphane; ascorbic acid as an enzyme potentiator; and milk thistle extract standardized to a content of 20 to about 35 wt% of silybinin.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows producing a composition comprising a synergistic combination of active ingredients providing the increased glutathione content in the treatment of colorectal cancer or colon cancer.
