SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for reducing inflammation for administration to a subject, comprising a repair system activator, a methyl donor and an antioxidant protection activator, where the repair system activator is nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN); methyl donor is betaine and antioxidant protection activator is selected from H2O2, NaSH and/or zinc.
EFFECT: normalization of functions of biological pathways for protection against and elimination of disorders arising as a result of human aging is proposed.
